Schubert’s Ballads

Already hailed as a celebrated lieder singer the brilliant baritone Konstantin Krimmel makes his debut at Bourgie Hall alongside pianist Ammiel Bushakevitz and presents a program devoted to Schubert’s great ballads—songs both monumental and profoundly lyrical. At 5 p.m. Jean Portugais will give a lecture entitled “Epic Schubert: Greatly Inspired Romanticism.” Click here for more details. This concert is presented with support from the estate of Marie-Paule Laurans.
