Introduce an organizer you personally know to Festro. If they join and run a real paid event, you get paid — a floor of C$200 per organizer plus 10% of the platform fees Festro collects from them for 12 months. You make one warm intro; we do all the selling.
Tell us which organizer you know — someone with a real public event history. We check the claim against our pipeline and confirm within 2 business days. First confirmed claim wins.
Within 14 days, connect us live — a group chat, a thread, or in person — with someone authorized at the organizer. That's your whole job: you never pitch, quote prices, or sign anything. We take every conversation from there.
When your organizer completes their first qualifying paid event, your floor starts paying and your 12-month fee share begins. Payouts go out by Interac e-transfer.
The deal — every condition, up front
Paid in two parts: C$100 after your organizer's first qualifying paid event (at least C$500 in ticket sales from 25+ different buyers, and the event actually happened), and C$100 after their second qualifying event or C$7,500 in cumulative ticket sales within 6 months. The first payment goes out within 30 days of the qualifying event, after a 60-day refund hold has started running.
You earn 10% of the platform fees Festro actually collects from your organizer's ticket sales for 12 months from their first qualifying event, capped at C$1,000 per organizer. Refunded or charged-back orders drop out of the base. Balances pay out quarterly by Interac e-transfer once you're over C$50.
One referral payout per organizer, ever — first confirmed claim wins. No payouts on organizers you own or help operate, on self-referrals, or on organizers already in our pipeline (we tell you at the claim step). Every entry is held 60 days against refunds and can be voided if an event unwinds or a claim turns out not to be real. Fees over C$500 per year are reported on a T4A. This is a single-level program: nobody earns anything for recruiting other referrers.
