Les Idées heureuses - RSVP!

The “Carte blanche” concerts are a tradition at Les Idées heureuses. Each season a collaborator is invited to develop a concert and serve as its artistic director. This year to celebrate the ensemble’s 40th anniversary—and by extension the loyalty of our audience—the “carte blanche” is being handed over… to you! Starting at the beginning of the 2026–2027 season Les Idées heureuses audience members will be invited to suggest a piece of early music to be included in the RSVP! concept concert. Each selected work may be accompanied by a personal or chosen text read by an actor including a dedication to a loved one. What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than by offering a musical ode to your better half? Children will also be invited to participate by submitting a drawing which will be displayed at the entrance to the hall. A fun way to actively involve the audience in our 40th anniversary celebrations!
